Terms and Conditions
About us
Purific Health & Wellbeing Ltd ("Purific", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16699782, registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. These terms apply whenever you book a session, join a programme or join our community.
Our services
We provide:
-
Masterclasses (fortnightly group sessions)
-
Single 1:1 sessions
-
RISE (6-week programmes: Back + Upper Limb, Back + Lower Limb)
-
SOVEREIGN (12-week flagship programme, by invitation following an Assessment Call)
-
Rooted Pain Recovery community (hosted on Skool)
We do not publish our prices on our website. The price of any session or programme is confirmed to you in writing before you book or pay. Programme fees for SOVEREIGN are disclosed directly to invited clients during the Assessment Call.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are made via our Setmore booking system. Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed securely by Stripe. Where we have agreed a payment plan with you in writing, each instalment is due on the date agreed.
You may be able to pay over time using Klarna, where it is offered at checkout. Klarna is a separate company. Any credit is provided by Klarna, not by Purific and is subject to Klarna's own approval and terms. If you are due a refund on a Klarna purchase, we refund Klarna and Klarna adjusts what you owe.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session, so the time can be offered to someone else.
The minimum notice is 24 hours. With between 24 and 48 hours' notice, we will reschedule your session where a slot is available.
Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full and are not replaced. Treatment rooms are booked and paid for in advance with a third party and that cost cannot be recovered at short notice.
If we need to cancel a session, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer a replacement.
Health disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, conditions and medications at the point of assessment and for updating us if your circumstances change during a programme. We may ask you to obtain clearance from your GP or another medical professional before beginning certain work, where clinically appropriate.
Outcomes vary between individuals. While we track progress against a documented Day 1 baseline, we cannot guarantee a specific result for any individual client.
Client responsibilities
Our programmes work when you do. By joining, you commit to:
-
attending your sessions as scheduled
-
doing the work set for you between sessions
-
telling us honestly what you have and have not done, so we can adjust your plan
-
following the safety guidance given during sessions
-
telling us promptly about any change in your health that may affect your treatment
Your results depend on that commitment. Sessions you miss and work you do not complete are your responsibility and will affect your progress.
SOVEREIGN and RISE programme terms
SOVEREIGN is invite-only, following a private Assessment Call, with a maximum intake per quarter. RISE programmes run in 6-week blocks with a set number of places per class. Both are structured around a Day 1 baseline assessment used to measure progress by Day 84 (SOVEREIGN) or by Day 42 (RISE).
The SOVEREIGN Commitment. If your Day 84 assessment does not show measurable improvement from your Day 1 baseline, we extend your online rehab group access for a further 3 months at no cost. This applies only where you have kept your side of the commitment in section 6, including attending all of your 24 sessions and completing the work set between sessions.
Community guidelines (Rooted Pain Recovery)
Membership of our Skool community is subject to good conduct: respectful engagement with other members, no medical advice given between members in place of professional guidance and no sharing of programme content or materials outside the community. We reserve the right to remove any member who breaches these guidelines.
Intellectual property
All programme materials, session content, branding and clinical reference materials (including but not limited to the Rehab Bible and any handouts or videos we provide) remain the intellectual property of Purific Health & Wellbeing Ltd. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without our written permission.
Liability
We hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Photography and testimonials
We may ask for your consent to use photographs, video or written testimonials for marketing purposes. You can decline and this will not affect your treatment.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at executrix@purifichealth.com so we can address it.
Ending the relationship
Your right to cancel. You may cancel any booking or programme within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund. If you asked us to begin the treatment within those 14 days and sessions have already taken place, we will deduct the cost of the sessions delivered including the programme design fee.
After 14 days. Once the 14 days have passed, fees are not refundable. This includes where you choose to stop a programme early or do not attend your sessions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Either party may end the working relationship at any time by telling the other in writing. If we end it, we will refund any sessions you have paid for that have not been delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
